冶金起重机裂纹产生原因浅析

摘要 为了解决目前冶金起重机端梁角型轴承箱附近存在的裂纹问题,本文通过现场应变片测量实验与有限元计算相结合的方式,分析问题产生的原因。通过计算发现,大车轨道高低差是此处产生裂纹的重要原因。因此本文针对此台起重机提出整改措施,端梁如不能修复或阻止裂纹继续扩大,则报废,同时对大车轨道进行整改,使其高低差符合要求。最后本文对此类型起重机提出预防措施。 In order to solve the crack problem near the angle bearing box of the support beam of metallurgical crane at present,this article analyzes the causes of the problem by combining the field strain gauge measurement experiment with finite element calculation.Through calculation,it is found that the height difference of the crane track is an important reason for the cracks.Therefore,this paper puts forward rectification measures for this crane.If the support beam can not be repaired or prevented from expanding,it will be scrapped.At the same time,the crane track will be rectified to make its height difference meet the requirements.Finally,this article puts forward preventive measures for this type of crane.
