基于多项式回归的过山车故障诊断模型的研究与实现

摘要 过山车是一种大型游乐设施,安全性是重中之重。本文提出了一种基于过山车运行数据的故障分析方法,针对过山车运行过程中关键指标数据进行研究,通过K-means聚类算法和DTW聚类算法对历史运行数据进行聚类处理,基于多项式回归的方法建立过山车故障诊断模型。采用本方法对一台过山车进行实验,实验结果验证了本方法的有效性,有利于提高过山车运维水平,降低故障发生概率。 The roller coaster is a kind of large-scale amusement facilities.Its safety is very important.This article proposes a fault analysis method based on the operation data of the roller coaster.It studies the key indicator data during the operation of the roller coaster,clusters the historical operation data using K-means clustering algorithm and DTW clustering algorithm,and establishes a roller coaster fault diagnosis model based on polynomial regression method.Using this method to conduct an experiment on a roller coaster,the experimental results verify the effectiveness of this method,which is beneficial to improving the operation and maintenance level of the roller coaster and reducing the probability of failure.
