摘要 为了解决当前农田灌溉水肥配比不均匀、不精确的问题,借助微积分控制原理,设计了智能灌溉动态监控系统。系统分为监测部分和控制部分,监测部分加载了显示软件、监控软件、MySQL数据库、水肥浓度控制算法的工业计算机,控制部分是指嵌入式控制器及其外围电路。整个系统的工作过程为:用户设置灌溉施肥参数,监测部分通过TCP通信将灌溉指令发送给嵌入式控制器,控制器收到指令后,启动变频器和增压泵,由此打开水肥一体机的电动球阀,开始灌溉作业;与此同时,EC传感器、pH传感器、管道压力传感器、流量计实时采集灌溉过程中水肥溶液的相关参数,并发送给嵌入式控制器;由控制器将数据发送给监测部分,监测部分将采集的数据与设定阈值进行对比,如不满足误差,则启动水肥浓度控制模块,输出调节电动球阀的开合度的指令,从而调整水肥浓度,满足灌溉需求。 In order to solve the problem of uneven and inaccurate ratio of water and fertilizer in farmland irrigation,an intelligent irrigation dynamic monitoring system is designed based on the principle of calculus control.The system is divided into monitoring part and control part.The monitoring part is an industrial computer loaded with display software,monitoring software,MySQL database and water and fertilizer concentration control algorithm.The control part refers to embedded controller and its peripheral circuit.The working process of the whole system is as follows:the user sets the irrigation and fertilization parameters,and the monitoring part sends the irrigation instruction to the embedded controller through TCP communicationAfter receiving the instruction,the controller starts the frequency converter and booster pump,so as to open the electric ball valve of the water and fertilizer machine and start the irrigation work.At the same time,EC sensor,pH sensor,pipeline pressure sensor and flowmeter collect the relevant parameters of water and fertilizer solution during irrigation in real time and send them to the embedded controller.The controller sends the data to the monitoring center.The monitoring center compares the collected data with the set threshold value.If the error is not met,start the water and fertilizer concentration control module,output the command to adjust the opening and closing degree of the electric ball valve,so as to adjust the water and fertilizer concentration and meet the irrigation demand.
