海内克1700型灭茬机改进设计与试验

摘要 为响应国家秸秆还田政策,黑龙江引进海内克1700型玉米灭茬机处理秸秆还田,因其是进口机械,并不完全适应当地的作业要求,需要进行改进设计。为此,结合当地实际作业要求,采用UG三维建模设计改进部件,并对原机进行改装。田间试验表明:改装后的海内克1700型灭茬机灭茬秸秆合格率达98%,比原机提高36%,且粉碎秸秆长度均匀,满足国家标准和龙镇农场作业需求。 In response to the national straw returning policy,Heilongjiang introduced the Haineike 1700 corn stubble machine to process the straw returning to the field.Because it is an imported machine,it does not fully meet the local operating requirements.In order to make the Haineike 1700 corn stubble machine meet the local requirements,the operation needs to be improved and designed.According to the local actual operation requirements,the improved design of adding fixed knives and spring teeth was carried out.By analyzing the local operation requirements,UG three-dimensional modeling design was adopted to improve the components and the original machine was modified.The modified Haineike 1700 stubble cultivator showed in the field test that the qualified rate of stubble stubble after stubble operation reached 98%,which was 36%higher than the original machine,and the length of crushed straw was uniform,meeting national standards and Longzhen farm operation.need.The modified Haineike 1700 stubble cultivator can meet the requirements of local agricultural operations during operation,and the design and modification of its stubble cultivator has been demonstrated and new ideas are provided.
