废玻璃替代骨料在混凝土中的抗冻性能研究

摘要 选取废玻璃作为骨料取代混凝土中的石子和砂子,通过冻融循环试验研究废玻璃混凝土的抗冻性能。结果表明,废玻璃在某些特定条件下可作为混凝土的粗骨料和细骨料,随着废玻璃取代传统粗骨料和细骨料的比率逐渐增加,混凝土的抗冻性逐渐降低。废玻璃作为细骨料,当取代率达到20%时,废玻璃混凝土的抗冻性能满足要求。废玻璃作为粗骨料,当取代率达到10%时,废玻璃混凝土的抗冻性能满足要求。 The study selects waste glass as aggregate to replace gravel and sand in concrete,and conducts the freeze-thaw cycle test to study the freeze-resistance of waste glass concrete.The results show that under certain conditions,waste glass can be used as coarse and fine aggregate of the concrete.As the ratio of waste glass replacing traditional coarse aggregate and fine aggregate increases gradually,the frost resistance of concrete gradually decreases.When the replacement rate of waste glass as fine aggregate reaches 20%,the freeze resistance of waste glass concrete meets the requirements.When the replacement rate of waste glass as coarse aggregate reaches 10%,the freeze resistance of waste glass concrete can meet the requirements.
