大型场馆类建筑钢管柱侧抛混凝土工艺的应用研究

摘要 为实现大型场馆类建筑的大空间、可改造等建设目标,满足各种展览、展会、活动的需要,分析了钢管混凝土柱侧抛混凝土技术的特点,其可保证混凝土的均匀性与致密性,显著提升施工效率,混凝土配制具有高度灵活性,具有环保性与保温隔热性能的综合优势。以某项目为例,对钢管混凝土柱侧抛混凝土施工工艺进行创新,提前预开钢管柱侧浇筑口,利用浇筑工具高位侧抛免振混凝土,极大提高了钢管柱内混凝土浇筑施工速度及质量,减少了上层主体钢结构施工及整体钢结构卸载对工序的制约,减少了施工及人力成本,避免了潜在的施工风险,为大型场馆类建筑施工提供了新思路。 In order to achieve the construction goals of large space and retrofit of large venue buildings,and meet the needs of various exhibitions,exhibitions and activities,the study analyzes the characteristics of the technology of side casting concrete of CFST columns,which can ensure the uniformity and density of concrete,and significantly improve the construction efficiency.Concrete preparation has a high degree of flexibility.It has the comprehensive advantages of environmental protection and thermal insulation performance.Through taking a project as an example,the study innovates the construction technology of side casting concrete of concrete-filled steel tube column,opens the side pouring opening of steel tube column in advance,and casts the non-vibration concrete on the high side by the pouring tool.This greatly improves the construction speed and quality of the concrete pouring in the steel pipe column,reduces the constraints on the process of the construction of the upper main steel structure and the unloading of the overall steel structure,reduces the construction and labor costs,and avoids potential construction risks,so as to provide a new idea for the construction of large-scale venues.
