深埋软岩隧道衬砌开裂原因分析及整治技术研究

摘要 针对深埋高地应力软岩大变形隧道支护开裂问题,以某铁路A工程为依托,分析了衬砌开裂的原因,结合现场实际条件提出相应的整治技术。研究表明,复杂地质构造及高地应力岩体流变等因素引发围岩挤压甚至松动变形是衬砌开裂的主要原因,采用围岩加固+拆换衬砌整治技术有效控制大变形及二次开裂问题,可保障隧道后期运营安全,为类似工程提供参考。 In response to the problem of support cracking in deep buried high stress soft rock tunnels with large deformation,the study analyzes the reasons for lining cracking based on A project,and proposes corresponding remediation techniques based on the actual on-site conditions.The main reason of lining cracking is the squeezing and even loosening deformation of surrounding rock caused by complex geological structure and high ground stress rock mass rheology,etc.The use of surrounding rock reinforcement+disassembly and replacement of lining remediation technology can effectively control large deformation and secondary cracking problems,which can ensure the safety of tunnel operation in the later stage and provide reference for similar projects.
