一种片烟图像仿真切丝方法

摘要 为实现片烟图像仿真切丝,结合数字化图像处理技术开发了一种片烟图像仿真切丝方法并构建片烟模拟成丝长度指标,研究了片烟图像旋转角度间隔对仿真切丝结果的影响,并通过纸片切丝实验验证该方法检测的准确度,分析了片烟模拟成丝长度与片烟形态指标的关系,明确了不同尺寸片烟模拟成丝长度的差异,同时开展了片烟图像仿真切丝方法在叶片结构表征中的应用研究。结果表明:(1)当片烟图像旋转角度间隔为30°时,模拟成丝长度相对1°偏差为2.84%,运算时间降低96.70%;(2)纸片图像仿真切丝与真实切丝的纸丝长度分布皮尔森相关度为0.949 3,均值检测偏差为6.95%;(3)模拟成丝长度与片烟面积、片烟长度呈多元非线性相关,相关系数为0.950 6;(4)中片、小片、碎片碎末模拟成丝长度均值呈现近2倍梯度递减趋势;(5)大片与中片、中片与小片、小片与碎片碎末的模拟成丝长度分类边界尺寸分别为22.23、11.80和5.39 mm,利用构建的片烟模拟成丝长度表征法与筛分法对叶片结构进行检测,结果无显著差异,相关系数为0.998 2,呈强相关。该方法可为片烟成丝长度的预测提供支持。 A simulated tobacco cutting method based on strip image was developed by incorporating digital image processing technology,and a simulated cut strip length index was introduced.The influence of the rotational interval of strip image on the results of simulated cutting was investigated,and the accuracy of the developed method was verified by paper cutting experiments.The relationships between simulated cut tobacco length and strips shapes were analyzed,the differences of the simulated cut tobacco length between strips of different sizes were clarified,and the application of the tobacco cutting method to the characterization of the tobacco strip structure was studied.The results showed that:1)When the strip image was rotated with an interval of 30°,the deviation of the simulated cut tobacco length relative to 1°was 2.84%,and the calculation time reduced by 96.70%.2)The Pearson correlation of the cut paper length distribution between the simulated cutting and the actual paper cutting was 0.9493,and the detection deviation of the average length was 6.95%.3)The simulated cut tobacco length was multivariately non-linearly correlated to the area and length of tobacco strip with a correlation coefficient of 0.9506.4)The average lengths of simulated cutting produced from medium and small size strips,scraps and dust showed an approximately 2-fold gradient decreasing trend.5)The classification limits of the lengths of the simulated cut tobacco produced from large and medium strips,medium and small strips,and small strips,scrap and dust were 22.23,11.80 and 5.39 mm,respectively.There was no significant difference in the detection results of the tobacco strip structure between the developed method and the sieving method,with the correlation coefficient of 0.9982,indicating a strong correlation.This method provides support for predicting the cut length of strips.
