摘要
列举国内外的气力输送投饵机研究成果,介绍了气力输送的影响因素,并列举了CFD-DEM仿真对气力输送投饵机设计的辅助作用,发现CFD-DEM仿真中将颗粒视为离散的实体,采用离散元法(DEM)对颗粒间的相互作用进行描述,采用计算流体力学的方法(CFD)对颗粒-流体的相互作用进行描述。该耦合方法的优点是能够将颗粒的形状、尺寸和密度等因素纳入其中,使其对多相流的数值模拟更为精确。
This paper lists the research results of pneumatic conveying feeder at home and abroad,introduces the influencing factors of pneumatic conveying feeder,and lists the auxiliary effect of CFD-DEM simulation on the design of pneumatic conveying feeder.It is found that CFD-DEM simulation regards particles as discrete entities,and uses discrete element method(DEM) to describe the interaction between particles.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) is used to describe the particle-fluid interaction.The advantage of this coupling method is that it can take the shape,size and density of the particles into account,which makes the numerical simulation of multiphase flow more accurate.
