薄规格高强度钢板切割变形成因分析

摘要 采用高强度薄规格钢板替代低强度厚规格钢板是实现汽车轻量化的有效措施之一。通常情况下薄规格高强度钢带开平过程,是通过钢带的屈服点、厚度规格等确定辊式开平机校直辊的数量、直径、节距、辊缝等参数的过程,是钢带和开平机相互选择的结果。通过薄规格高强度汽车钢钢带在切割大梁腹板时出现的变形问题,利用实践经验创新地提出“Z”型步法检查,找出了影响切割变形的主要板型特征,并根据实际生产情况,提出优化切割方案以减少薄规格高强度汽车钢开平板的切割变形问题的产生。 It is one of the effective measures to realize automobile lightweight to use high strength thin steel plate instead of low strength thick steel plate.Usually,the flattening process of thin high-strength steel strip is the process of determining the number,the diameter,the pitch,the roll gap and other parameters of straightening rollers of the roll flattener through the yield point and thickness specification of the steel strip,which is the result of the mutual selection between the steel strip and the flattener.Through the deformation of thin high strength automotive steel strip in cutting the beam web,using the practical experience to innovatively put forward the“Z”step method inspection,the main characteristics of the plate that affect the cutting deformation are found out,and according to the actual situation,the optimal cutting scheme is put forward to reduce the cutting deformation of thin high strength automotive steel cutting plate.
