摘要
为解决安钢二炼轧厂在转炉出钢时溅落的高温钢渣对钢包和过跨车造成热损伤问题,以300 t钢包过跨车为基础,设计了新型400 t双罐(钢包+渣罐)过跨车,重点对车架主梁、端梁重新设计及驱动机构计算选型进行了详细阐述和结果分析。
In order to solve the problem of thermal damage caused by the splashing of high-temperature steel slag during converter tapping at the Second Refining and Rolling Plant of Anyang Stee,the design of a new type of 400 t double tank(ladle+slag tank)cross car based on the 300 t ladle cross car is introduced.Detailed explanation and result analysis are conducted on the redesign of the frame main beam and end beam,as well as the calculation and selection of the driving mechanism.
