摘要
在燃料电池系统中,空压机逆变器有高输出频率、低发热量和宽电压输入范围的要求。此处研究了基于一种模块化的Y型电压源逆变器(Y-VSI),可以输出低于或高于直流侧输入电压的高质量三相正弦电压,比传统逆变器有更高的功率密度和效率。针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)非线性控制系统,传统PI控制器难以满足需求,采用积分滑模控制器可以加快系统的响应速度并减少抖振问题。引入滑模观测器替代位置传感器的使用,减少了系统成本。用dSPACE平台验证了该拓扑的合理性,且证明积分滑模控制器应用在该结构当中比传统PI控制器有更好的控制性能。
In the fuel cell system,the air compressor inverter has requirements of high output frequency,low heat generation,and wide voltage input range.A modular Y-shaped voltage source inverter(Y-VSI)is studied,which can output high-quality three-phase sinusoidal voltages lower or higher than the DC-side input voltage.It has higher power density and efficiency compared to traditional inverters.For the nonlinear control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the traditional PI controller can not meet the requirements.The adoption of integral sliding mode controller can accelerate the system response speed and reduce the chattering problem.Introducing sliding mode observer instead of using position sensors reduces the system cost.The rationality of this topology is verified using the dSPACE platform,and it is demonstrated that the integral sliding mode controller applied in this structure performs better control performance than the traditional PI controller.
