特高压直流输电柔直阀旁路晶闸管分流能力研究

Study of the Current Shunting Capability of Bypass Thyristors in Flexible HVDC Converter Valve

通过优化晶闸管结构参数,研制出低通态压降的柔直阀专用晶闸管。在实验室中等效出柔直阀闭锁状态下的暂态电流波形,测试并分析RZTB60系列旁路晶闸管在通过该电流时的结温变化情况,验证其工作的可靠性和安全性。

By optimizing the structural parameters of thyristors,a special thyristor for flexible valves with low pass state voltage drop has been developed.Transient current waveform is equivalent in the locked state of the flexible valve in the laboratory,the junction temperature change of RZ TB60 series bypass thyristor is test and analyzed when passing through this current,and its reliability and safety in operation are verified.
