一种高压电场感应取能电源的优化设计及应用

摘要 针对现有的基于高压电场感应取能技术的取能电源存在功率电流比小、启动电流大等缺点,在此提出一种级联拓扑的高压电场感应取能电源,并分别对其功率电路和控制电路进行优化设计。该电源通过脉冲放电法将输入的位移电流转化为输出电压,并可通过级联方式提高输出功率,在4级级联下,其功率电流比提高到600μW/μA,相比当前国际最高水平提高了28%,电源启动电流降低为11.8μA,相比优化前降低了70.5%。基于此,研制了一套绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测装置,该电源可实现在线监测装置的自取能并使在线监测装置稳定工作。最后,通过实验验证了绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测装置的可行性。 Aiming at the shortcomings of existing energy extraction power supplies based on the technology of high-voltage electric field induction energy extraction,such as small power-to-current ratio and large start-up current,a high-voltage electric field induction energy extraction power supply with cascade topology is proposed,and its power and control circuits are optimized and designed,respectively.The power supply converts the input displacement current into output voltage by the pulse-discharge method,and can improve the output power by cascading.Under the four-stage cascade,its power-to-current ratio is increased to 600μW/μA,which is 28%higher compared with the current international highest level,and the power supply startup current is reduced to 11.8μA,which is 70.5%lower com-pared with the pre-optimization level.Based on this,a set of insulator leakage current online monitoring device is de-veloped,and the power supply can realize the self energy extraction of the online monitoring device and make the online monitoring device work stably.Finally,the feasibility of the insulator leakage current online monitoring device is verified by experiments.
