摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)通过调节炎症反应、氧化应激和免疫应答等途径参与急性肺损伤(ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的发展。通过研究lncRNA在ALI/ARDS的表达变化以及其作用机制,能更好地理解疾病的发生和发展过程。文章收集近三年为主的研究报道,对lncRNA在ALI/ARDS中调控基因表达的作用机制、分子调控机制进行综述。概括了lncRNA在表观遗传水平、转录水平和转录后水平调控基因表达,参与介导细胞凋亡、细胞焦亡、细胞自噬、核因子⁃κB(NF⁃κB)信号通路激活和巨噬细胞激活等,旨在对lncRNA在ALI/ARDS发生、发展中的作用机制进行综述和展望,探索lncRNA的治疗潜力,为临床应用提供更多潜在的治疗靶点。
Long non⁃coding RNA(lncRNA)is involved in the development of acute lung injury(ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)by regulating inflammation,oxidative stress,and immune response pathways.By studying the expression changes and mechanisms of lncRNA in ALI/ARDS,this can help to better understand the occurrence and development process of diseases.The article collects research reports mainly from the past three years,providing a comprehensive review of the regulatory and molecular mechanisms of lncRNA in regulating gene expression in ALI/ARDS.It summarizes the involvement of lncRNA in regulating gene ex⁃pression at the epigenetic level,transcriptional level,post⁃transcriptional level,and its participation in mediating cell apoptosis,cell necroptosis,cell autophagy,nuclear factor⁃κB(NF⁃κB)light chain enhancer of activated B cells signaling pathway activation and mac⁃rophage activation.The aim is to review and predict the role of lncRNA in the occurrence and development of ALI/ARDS,explore the therapeutic potential of lncRNA,and provide more potential therapeutic targets for clinical applications.
