基于数据挖掘探析《中医方剂大辞典》中妇人癥瘕组方规律

Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Gynecological Abdominal Mass in Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions Based on Data Mining

目的基于中医传承辅助系统挖掘探析《中医方剂大辞典》中妇人癥瘕用药组方规律。方法筛选《中医方剂大辞典》中主治妇人癥瘕的方剂,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),录入方剂信息,构建数据库,使用软件的Apriori关联规则、熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析妇人癥瘕用药组方规律。结果共纳入274首方剂,313味中药,主归肝、脾两经,性味以辛、温为主,高频药物有当归、肉桂、大黄、桃仁等,高频药物组合有当归-赤芍、当归-川芎、当归-延胡索等,并衍生候选新方8组。结论历代医家论治妇人癥瘕时多重视肝、脾两脏,用药以活血化瘀药为主,在此基础上还兼顾扶正、温通之品的应用,以及注重虫类药运用,为临床治疗提供一定借鉴指导作用。

Objective To explore the composition principle of prescriptions for gynecological abdominal mass in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform.Methods The prescriptions for treating gynecological abdominal mass were selected from the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions.The V2.5 software of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform was used to input prescription information and construct the database.Data mining methods such as the Apriori association rule and entropy hierarchical clustering were used to analyze the composition principles of prescriptions for gynecological abdominal mass.Results The results included a total of 274 prescriptions and 313 traditional Chinese medicines,mainly belonging to the liver and spleen meridians.The medicinal properties were mainly pungent and warm.The high-frequency drugs included Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Cortex Cinnamomi,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,and Semen Persicae.The high-frequency drug combinations included Radix Angelicae Sinensis-Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Angelicae Sinensis-Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,and Radix Angelicae Sinensis-Rhizoma Corydalis,and eight new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion During the treatment of gynecological abdominal mass,previous medical experts often attach great importance to the liver and spleen,with drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis mainly used.On this basis,it also takes into account the application of products for strengthening and tempering the body.At the same time,they emphasize the application of insect drugs.These provide certain references and guidance for clinical treatment.
