摘要
绿原酸作为一种具备多种生理功能的活性物质在畜牧业中的应用越来越广泛。高效液相色谱法因分离能力强、灵敏度高、分析速度快、结果精确以及应用广泛等优点而备受青睐,成为绿原酸检测中最为常用的检测方法。本文阐述了高效液相色谱法测定混合型饲料添加剂中绿原酸含量的优势及注意事项,旨在为检测混合型饲料添加剂中的绿原酸含量提供一些新思路。
Chlorogenic acid,as an active substance with various physiological functions,has been more and more widely used in animal husbandry.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is favored for its excellent separation ability,high sensitivity,rapid analysis speed,accurate results and a wide range of applications,and is most commonly used in chlorogenic acid detection.In this paper,the advantages and precautions of determination of chlorogenic acid in mixed feed additives by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)were described,in order to provide some new ideas for the determination of chlorogenic acid in mixed feed additives.
