摘要
本研究探讨了一种针对中国自闭症儿童康复的音乐干预治疗(通过鲁道夫-罗宾斯〔Nordoff-Robbins〕音乐治疗技术、密集互动及游戏治疗的综合训练促进交流)手段,目的是对社会沟通技巧和语言能力受损的自闭症儿童进行有效的实践研究。在欧洲和英国,均有证据表明音乐治疗及其他干预技术综合运用在自闭症儿童康复训练中的有效性,但在中国缺少有效的临床实践证据。因此,这项研究是首次在中国文化背景下,将音乐治疗及相关的康复技术相结合的新型干预措施,进行了系统的实践探索。目前,国内自闭症康复人员培训中,这些干预技术在临床实践中是没有记载的。本文利用严谨规划的行动研究原则(动态方法论),旨在研究探讨如何在特殊教育领域及临床教育康复实践中对自闭症儿童实施有效的音乐综合干预。
This study explores a music intervention therapy for the rehabilitation of Chinese autistic children(promoting communication through Nordoff Robbins music therapy techniques,intensive interaction,and comprehensive training in game therapy),with the aim of conducting effective practical research on autistic children with impaired social communication skills and language abilities.In Europe and the UK,there is evidence to suggest the effectiveness of music therapy and other intervention techniques in the rehabilitation training of children with autism,but there is a lack of effective clinical practice evidence in China.Therefore,this study is the first systematic practical exploration of a new intervention measure that combines music therapy and related rehabilitation technologies in the context of Chinese culture.At present,these intervention techniques are not recorded in clinical practice in the training of autism rehabilitation personnel in China.This article utilizes the principles of rigorous planning and action research(dynamic methodology)to explore how to implement effective music comprehensive interventions for children with autism in the field of special education and clinical rehabilitation practices.
