差压式流量计流量测量不确定度评定

摘要 差压式流量计具有测量精度高、可靠性好等优点,被广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、供暖等领域,在环保节能减排、流量贸易结算等方面发挥着重要作用。本文以准确度等级1.5级、规格DN200的标准孔板为例,依据国家检定规程JJG 640—2016《差压式流量计》建立数学模型,分析各类不确定度来源,对流量计流量测量的不确定度进行计算和评定,以期为相关计量检定人员提供参考借鉴。 Differential pressure flowmeters have advantages such as high measuring accuracy and good reliability.They are widely used in fields such as petroleum,chemical industry,metallurgy,and heating.They play an important role in environmental protection,energy conservation,emission reduction,and flow trade settlement.This article takes a standard orifice plate with an accuracy level of 1.5 and a size of DN200 as an example,and establishes a mathematical model based on the national verification regulations JJG 640—2016 Differential Pressure Flowmeters.It analyzes various sources of uncertainty,calculates and evaluates the uncertainty of flow measurement for flow meters,aiming to provide reference for relevant metrology verification personnel.
