摘要
为保证流量计在不同介质温度、压力等条件下测量的准确性,本文以准确度等级2.0级,规格DN1000的供排水管段式超声流量计为例,依据JJF(豫)276—2019,运用数学模型对大口径在线污水流量计示值误差的测量不确定度进行分析、评定,识别不确定度来源,并提供准确的评估。利用数学模型,我们可以系统地考虑各种因素对测量结果的影响,量化这些不确定度,并对其进行分析。
In order to ensure the accuracy of flow meters in measuring different media temperatures,pressures,and other conditions,this article takes the example of a segmental ultrasonic flow meter with an accuracy level of 2.0 and a size of DN1000,based on the JJF(YU)276—2019 standard.It uses a mathematical model to analyze and evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the indication error of large-diameter online sewage flow meters,identifying sources of uncertainty and providing accurate assessments.By using a mathematical model,we can systematically consider the impact of various factors on the measurement results,quantify these uncertainties,and analyze them.
