摘要
根据《市场监管总局办公厅关于组织实施2022年国家计量比对项目的通知》要求,中国环境监测总站联合中国计量科学研究院作为主导实验室,组织实施了臭氧计量标准计量比对工作。辽宁省计量科学研究院参加了本次比对,依据JJG 1077—2012《臭氧气体分析仪》检定规程的规定条件,对传递标准臭氧气体分析仪(100±10)nmol/mol(20%FS)、(250±10)nmol/mol(50%FS)、(400±10)nmol/mol(80%FS)三个浓度点进行测试,结果以示值误差的绝对值表示。本文对臭氧分析仪在校准中的注意事项进行了详细的介绍,并对其测得值进行不确定度评定和分析。
According to the Notice on Organizing the Implementation of the 2022 National Metrology Comparision Projects requirements,the China Environmental Monitoring Center jointly with the China Institute of Metrology as the leading laboratory,organized the implementation of ozone standard metrology comparison work.Liaoning Provincial Metrology Institute participated in this comparison.According to the provisions of JJG 1077—2012 Ozone Gas Analyzer inspection regulations,the transmission standard ozone gas analyzer(100±10)nmol/mol(20%FS),(250±10)nmol/mol(50%FS),(400±10)nmol/mol(80%FS)three concentration points were tested,and the test results were expressed in terms of the absolute value of the indicator error.This paper introduces the matters needing attention in the calibration of ozone analyzers in detail,evaluates the measurement uncertainty,and analyzes it.
