摘要
目的:观察基于角色互换的“找茬式”教学法在妇产科实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取60名护生为研究对象,随机分为对照组30名与试验组30名,分别应用传统教学法、基于角色互换的“找茬式”教学法进行带教。结果:试验组出科考核成绩、临床综合能力、自主学习能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于角色互换的“找茬式”教学法在妇产科护生带教中应用取得了良好的效果,值得推荐。
Objective:To observe the application effect of the role reversal-based"Nitpicking"teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology nursing internship teaching.Methods:Sixty nursing interns from our hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department were randomly divided into a control group of 30 and an experimental group of 30.Traditional teaching methods and the role reversal-based"Nitpicking"teaching method were respectively applied for teaching,and the differences in teaching effects between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The scores of the experimental group in the end-of-rotation assessment,clinical comprehensive ability,and self-learning ability were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The role reversal-based"Nitpicking"teaching method not only helps improve the theoretical knowledge,technical skills,and clinical comprehensive ability of obstetrics and gynecology nursing interns but also enhances their self-learning ability,making it worthy of application.
