摘要
为了提高巷道围岩的稳定性,针对井下作业面,综合利用现场调研、岩石力学分析、工业试验等方法,对井下巷道超前影响区域巷道顶板变形破坏特性进行分析,进而提出应用注浆锚索超前支护技术。建立井下巷道力学模型,确定巷道围岩顶板拉伸、剪切破坏的力学判据,进而提出注浆锚索超前支护方案。应用注浆锚索超前支护技术后,巷道两帮移近量减小57.1%,顶板下沉量减小60.4%,底鼓量减小77.2%。
In order to improve the stability of surrounding rock of the roadway,for the downhole work surface,the deformation failure characteristic of the roadway roof in the advanced influencing area of the downhole roadway was analyzed by the comprehensive use of field investigation,rock mechanics analysis and industrial test,and then the application of advanced support technology of grouting anchor cable was proposed.The mechanical model of the downhole roadway was established,the mechanical criterions of tensile failure and shear failure of the roadway surrounding rock roof were determined,and then the advanced support scheme of grouting anchor cable was proposed.After applying the advanced support technology of grouting anchor cable,the convergence of two sides of the roadway was reduced by 57.1%,the squat of roof was reduced by 60.4%,and the bottom heave was reduced by 77.2%.
