设计了一种挤压式家用自动和面成型一体机,介绍了工作原理,分析了和面装置、成型装置、传动系统,并进行了有限元分析。这一自动和面成型一体机采用横向、纵向结合布置,通过螺旋结构完成挤压,并通过模具实现成型。

An extruding type automatic integrated household dough forming machine was designed,and its working principle was introduced.The dough device,forming device and drive system were analyzed,and the finite element analysis was carried out.This automatic integrated dough forming machine adopts a combination of horizontal and vertical arrangement,extruds through spiral structure,and realizes forming by mold.
