摘要
可伐合金是一种具有较高饱和磁感应强度、电阻率、硬度、低温韧性、塑性的合金材料,在车削加工中存在断屑和排屑困难,由此制约车削自动化和零件表面粗糙度提升。对可伐合金的车削断屑方法进行研究,通过优化车削加工技术路线、工艺参数、工序,解决切屑不能及时脱离工件及刀具的问题。介绍了断屑方案,分析了实施效果,并进行了方案评估和验证。
Kovar alloy is a type of alloy material with high saturation magnetic induction strength,electrical resistivity,hardness,low temperature toughness,and plasticity.There are difficulties in chip breakage and removal during turning,which restrict the improvement of the automation and the surface roughness of part.The chip breaking method for turning Kovar alloy was studied.By optimizing turning technology route,process parameter,and procedure,the problem that chip cannot be able to detach from the workpiece and tool was solved in time.The chip breaking scheme was introduced,the effect of implementation was analyzed,and the scheme was evaluated and verified.
