种植修复数字化印模准确性影响因素的研究进展

Research progress of factors influencing the accuracy of digital impressions for implant restoration

摘要 因方便、快捷、患者舒适度高等诸多优点,数字化印模被临床医生和患者广泛接受,近年来不断被应用于口腔修复的各个领域,在嵌体、单冠、固定桥修复方面都展现出良好的准确性及临床效果,但用于长跨度种植修复及全口义齿修复准确性仍不理想。该文将对影响数字化印模准确性的因素进行综述。 Digital impressions are accepted by clinicians and patients because of their many advantages such as convenience,speed,and improved patient comfort.In recent years,it has been continuously applied in various fields of prosthodontics.For inlays,single crowns and fixed bridges,digital impressions have shown good accuracy and clinical results,but the accuracy is still not ideal for long span implant restorations and complete denture restorations.In this paper,factors affecting digital impressions will be reviewed.
