基于最小回流功率的双移相优化控制策略研究

摘要 双向隔离型DC/DC变换器作为电力电子变压器的重要组成部分,在单移相控制下无法有效抑制回流功率,较高的回流功率将产生较大的电感电流应力和输出电压纹波,不利于变换器元件的选择及变压器轻量化的实现。针对上述问题,在双移相控制策略的基础上,提出一种基于最小回流功率的双移相优化控制算法。以抑制系统回流功率作为约束条件,通过优选系统的最优运行点,实现系统回流功率最小。通过硬件实验对所提控制策略进行验证,结果表明在最优运行点下,系统回流功率最小,电感电流应力和输出电压纹波得到有效抑制。 As an important component of power electronic transformers,bidirectional isolation type DC/DC converters cannot effectively suppress return power under single phase shift control.Higher return power will generate larger inductance current stress and output voltage ripple,which is not conducive to the selection of converter components and the realization of transformer lightweight.In response to the above issues,based on the dual phase shift control strategy,a dual phase shift optimization control algorithm is proposed based on the minimum return power.By constraining the suppression of system back-flow power and optimizing the optimal operating point of the system,the minimum system back-flow power is achieved.The proposed control strategy is validated through hardware experiments,and the results showed that at the optimal operating point,the system's return power is minimized,and the inductance current stress and output voltage ripple are effectively suppressed.
