摘要
食管癌是我国危害国民健康的重大疾病之一,切除或破坏瘤体是治疗食管癌的基本方法。食管癌手术治疗包括开放式切除术、腔镜微创切除术以及内镜下的切除和非切除疗法等。根据肿瘤的大小、部位、类型和患者的身体状况、疾病分期等选择合适的术式,预防和减少并发症,是延长生存期、提高生存质量、改善预后的基本途径。本文结合国内外进展,总结当前临床上在用的各种食管癌治疗术,以及各种术式的预后及其影响因素等,供临床治疗方案选择和相关研究者参考。
Esophageal cancer has a high incidence rate and poor prognosis,which is one of the major diseases endangering the national health in China.The basic method for treating esophageal cancer is to remove or destroy the tumor,including open resection,minimally invasive laparoscopic resection,as well as endoscopic resection and non-resection therapies.Choosing appropriate surgical procedures based on the size,location,type of tumor,patient’s physical condition,disease staging,etc.,to prevent and reduce complications,is the basic way to prolong survival,improve quality of life,and improve prognosis.This article combines domestic and international progress to summarize various esophageal cancer treatment methods currently used in clinical practice,as well as the prognosis and influencing factors of various surgical methods,for the reference of clinical treatment plan selection and related researchers.
