摘要
GLT络合铁脱硫工艺可将中小规模加氢精制装置产生的各种含H2S尾气净化至ρ(H_(2)S)<5mg/m^(3),净化后尾气可再进行资源化利用,脱除的硫用于生产工业硫黄。与传统的MDEA富集后回收硫的工艺相比,GLT络合铁脱硫工艺流程简单,节能环保,无“三废”排放,具有良好的经济效益与环保效益。
The GLT complex iron desulfurization process can purify various tail gases containing H_(2)S generated by small and medium-sized hydrorefining units toρ(H_(2)S)<5 mg/m^(3),purified exhaust gas can be reused for resource utilization,and the removed sulphur is used to produce industrial sulphur.Compared with the traditional MDEA enrichment and sulphur recovery process,the GLT complex iron desulfurization process is simple,energy-saving and environmental protection,and there is no“three wastes”emission,which has good economic and environmental protection benefits.
