800 kt/a硫酸装置汽轮风机机组控制系统故障分析与优化

摘要 介绍了云南天安化工有限公司一期800 kt/a硫酸装置汽轮风机机组的运行现状,对机组控制系统出现的故障及存在的问题进行了分析,综合考虑改造成本、改造时间及系统性能等因素,从控制系统架构、现场测控仪表及控制策略、防喘振控制系统等方面对机组控制系统的软、硬件进行了优化和改造。汽轮风机机组控制系统经优化改造后,硫酸装置实现了长周期稳定运行,解决了因机组控制系统出现故障导致频繁跳车、检修频率高等制约硫酸装置及下游装置稳定运行的问题,经济效益明显。 The operating status of the steam-driven fan unit in the phase I 800 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of Yunnan Tian’an Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced,the faults and existing problems in the unit control system are analyzed.Taking into account factors such as renovation cost,renovation time and system performance,the software and hardware of the unit control system have been optimized and renovated from the aspects of control system architecture,on-site measurement and control instruments and strategies,and anti-surge control system.After optimization and renovation of the control system of the steam-driven fan unit,the sulphuric acid plant has achieved long-term stable operation,solving the problems of frequent tripping and high maintenance frequency caused by faults in the control system of the unit,which restrict the stable operation of the sulphuric acid plant and downstream devices.The economic benefits are obvious.
