摘要
本文叙述了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定硅酸盐岩石中的主要元素的分析方法及结果。我国ICP-AES对痕量分析工作已广泛开展,但在硅酸盐主要元素分析方面如何发挥仪器潜力的报导并不多。本文的目的是提供一个同时测定硅酸盐岩石及类似样品的十种主要元素的方法及结果。方法的精密度和准确度均能满足地球化学工作的要求。
A method of simultaneous determination of the major elements in silicate rocks and related materials using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was presented.Lithium metaborate fusion technique has been used for preparing the sample solutions.Data on detection limits,calibration method,possible spectral interferences and correction,precision and accuracy of determinations were presented.The analytical results of more than 20 geochemical reference samples widely differing composition have been presented and no significant matrix effects were observe.
