摘要
激光显微光谱分析法目前在地质、冶金、国防等科学和技术领域里得到了广泛应用,它已成为物质微区化学成份分析的一种重要手段。要使激光显微光谱分析法能迅速的发展,必须解决当前分析上存在的标样的制备、取样的代表性、分析的再现性及检测限等问题。
Ordinary pulse laser and giant pulse laser, being excited by auxiliary electrode discharge in different delayed-time, are used to investigate the homogeneity of luminous particles in laser vapour cloud produced by test-sample of various property. The results showed that luminous particles in vapour cloud distribute more evenly and vemain relatively stable by use of giant pulse laser. Therefore, analyse reproductivity can be improved.
