阴离子交换色谱分离—ICP-AES测定岩石、水系沉积物中痕量铀、镉、钼和铋等元素

摘要 ICP—AES法可直接测定地质样品中许多元素,但在岩石和水系沉积物等化探样品中铀、镉、钼和铋等元素含量甚微,难以进行直接测定。用离子交换色谱分离的方案虽然较多,但欲将这四个元素作一组与其它元素分离的介质甚少。本试验在Kawabuchi等人的工作基础上进行了试验。 A method of anion exchange separation ICP-AES for determination of trace elements of U,Cd,Mo,Bi etc in rocks and stream sediments was described.The sample solution of O.lmol L^(-1) NH4CNS-0.5molL^(-1) HC1 medium in the presence of ascorbic acid was passed through 717 anion exchange resin column,the trace amounts of U,Cd,Mo,Bi etc were adsorbed and separated from K^(+),Na^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),A1^(3+)and large amount of iron. Then U, Cd, Mo, Bi etc were determined by ICP-AES. The detection limits of U, Cd, Mo, Bi are 0.22 ppm, 0.009ppm, 0.39 ppm, 0.36ppm, respectively.
