全差示光度法在化探痕量元素分析中的一些应用

摘要 吸光光度法(Absorption photometry)由于具有简便、快速、灵敏、选择性好,且可测元素多等优点,到目前人们仍乐于采用。近年来又出现了导数分光光度、双波长分光光度、流动注射分析、光导纤维化学传感器和以微电流扩展标尺的全差示光度法等新技术,致使这门分析技术至今仍具有强大的生命力。 In the present paper,a fully differential spectrophotometric method for the determination of traces of copper,cobalt,niobium,nickel and zirconium in geochemical prospecting samples was suggested.In the trace element analysis,first an appropriate reverse micro current is applied to the circuit to expand the reading scale.The second manipulation is to bring the adjustment of the"100%"transmittance on to the scale,by placing the reagent blank in the light path and balancing the instrument with a variable resistor.The sensitivity of the method is above ten times greater than that of conventional spectrophotometric method. Analyses of the Chinese geochemical reference materials… GSD, GSR and GSS series were in good agreement with certified or recommended values.
