摘要
低铁闪锌矿(含Fe量在1%以下)在阴极射线下的发光现象,是众所周知的。然而,它所存在的光电导现象及对电子探针分析值的影响,却往往被人们所忽视。实际上,低铁天然闪锌矿是一种半导体光电物质,其电阻率随入射光强度的变化而变化。
Low iron-bearing sphalerite possesses an obvious photoconductive phenomenon.The X-ray intensities of the composition elements of the mineral were measured under different intensities of illumination and remarkable effects were found.Correction factors were discussed in the light of photoconductive phenomenum.
