摘要
痕量铊的分析方法国内外有较多的报导,但利用萃取色层分离富集—石墨炉原子吸收法测定痕量铊的分析方法,尚未见过报导。萃取色层法是比较好的分离富集手段之一,我们曾进行过以磷酸三丁酯—聚三氟氯乙烯萃取色层分离富集—石墨炉原子吸收法测定痕量金的试验研究。
The sample solution is subject to preconcentration with extraction-chroma-tography.The chromatography column is composed of tributyl phosphate as stationary phase and polytrifluorochloroethylene powder(200 mesh)as support,using aqua regia(5%)as mobile phase and 0.5%(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(3)-0.5%ascorbic acid as eluent.Hitachi 180-80 AAS is used,with GA-3 graphite furnace and auto sampler,wave length selected is 276.8nm.The heating programs are.drying at 80-120℃for 30 s(ramp mode),ashing at 900-950℃for 30 s(step mode)and atomization at 2000℃(maximal power heating)for 3 s(carrier gas stopped).The characteristic mass of the method is 1.7×10^(-11)g/0.004A.The relative standard derivation for contents of 1.16 ppm.of T1 is 3.67%(n=10).
