摘要 荧光分光光度法是一种高灵敏的测试手段。有关金的荧光光度法文献报导较少,较常用的是罗丹明染料[1-4],其灵敏度均不理想。近年报导的有吖啶黄[5]吖啶橙[6]试剂,灵敏度优于前者,但酸度要求严格,不易掌握。 A method involved the use of the sensitive colour reaction of gold with rhodamine 6G has been developed. The acidity for the formation of the binary complex is 8-9 N sulphuric acid.The ratio of Au to rhodamine 6G was established to be 1:1. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 527nm and 552nm respectively The calibration graph is linear from 0 to 1. 0μg/5ml Au. The lower determination Limit is 0. 01μg. Interferences from other metal ions can be removed by TBP extraction chromatographic separation. Gold is eluted with nearly boiling hydrochloric acid-thiourea. The recovery is 94-104%. This method has been applied to the determination of 0. x-xppm of Au in sulphide minerals.
