摘要
本文主要研究了新显色剂偶氮溴膦—pSN(BPA—pSN)同钪的反应条件。拟定了光度测定地质样品中的的微量钪的测试方法。方法手续简便,灵敏度高。摩尔吸光系数为1.06×10^(5)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。Sc量在0~25μg/25ml范围服从比尔定律。对标准样品进行分析对照,结果满意。
A method of spectrophotometric determination of micro Sc in geological samples with the new colour reagent BPA-pSN have been investigated.Molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.08×10^(5)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer’s law is obeyed from 0 to 25μg of Sc in 25 ml The method is rapid,sensitive and has been tested with standard samples,Satisfactory results were obtained.
