摘要
在pH4.35—4.70的醋酸盐缓冲介质中,钒(V)催化溶解氧氧化苏木色精的反应。当体系中引入阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB后催化反应速率大大提高。此体系是一个测定痕量钒(V)的新指示反应。测定方法简便、灵敏,用于水中痕量钒(V)的测定结果满意。
In an acetate buffer of pH 4. 6, V (Ⅴ) catalyzes the oxidation of Hema-loxylin and a deep coloured oxide is formed. The sensitivity increases about sevenfold in the presence of cationic surfactants. This method is simple, sensitive and selective, it has been applied to the determination of trace V (Ⅴ ) in water with reliable results.
