摘要
本文研究了金与3,3-二甲基-21[4-(N-甲基-N-氯乙基)胺基苯乙烯]吲哚的显色反应,确定了用苯萃取有色缔合物的最佳条件。在0.25mol·L^(-1)硫酸介质中,溴化钠存在下,以苯萃取溴金酸根离子与显色剂的缔合物,于555nm处有最大吸收,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.3×10^(4)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),金含量为0—7μg/5ml苯时符合比尔定律。用于矿样分析,其结果令人满意。
Au extractive spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of Au in ores is proposed.It is based on the reaction of 3,3-dime-thyl-2-(4-methyl-N-chloroethylamido-phenyl ethylene)indole with Au in sulphuric acid and in the presence of sodium bromide,and the complex is extracted with benzene.Beer’s Law is obeyed for 0-7μg of Au in 5ml of solution.The apparent molar absorptivity is 7.29×10^(4)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)at 555 nm.The method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of Au in ores with good precision and accuracy.
