磷酸纤维素分离光度法测定矿石中铀

摘要 测定了不同浓度盐酸中铀(Ⅵ)对磷酸纤维素(PC)的分配系数,确定了用PC柱浓集分离铀的条件。用pH3至2mol·L^(-1)HCl作为流动相流经φin0.55×9cm的PC柱后,铀(Ⅵ)被定量吸附,然后以0.75—1.5%Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液洗提铀。用偶氮胂Ⅲ光度法测定。方法已用于矿石中n×10^(-4)—n×10^(-1)%铀的测定。 The distribution coefficients of U(Ⅵ)for phosphorylated cellulose(PC)in various concentrations of HC1 were determined,and concentrating-separating condition of U(Ⅵ)on PC-column was studied.It is shown that using pH 3-2 mol/L HC1 medium as mobile phase through theΦin 0.55×9 cm PC-column,the U(Ⅵ)was adsorbed quantitatively.The U(Ⅵ)can be eluted with 0.75-1.5%Na_(2)CO_(3)solution and determtaed by arsenazoⅢphotometry.This method has been applied to the determination of n×10^(-4)-10^(-1)%of U in ores.
