产教融合视域下交通职业院校工匠精神培育路径研究

Research on the Path of Cultivation of Craftsmanshipin Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Integrationof Industry and Education

工匠精神培育是职业教育体系的重要一环,在不同历史阶段其内涵也不尽相同。职业院校交通运输类专业人才培养应弘扬新时代工匠精神,培育新时代交通工匠。通过对相关院校的调研分析,根据五年制高职学生工匠精神培育现状,在深刻理解工匠精神培育的时代意义的基础上,提出打造“三营”土壤生态、植入“四观”思政元素、构建“多元”培育体系三条培育路径,为交通运输行业培育大批具有工匠精神的高素质技术技能人才提供了参考。

Cultivation of craftsmanship is an important part of vocational education system,and its connotation is different at different historical stages.Vocational colleges should carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship and cultivate new-era transport craftsmen among transport-related talents.Through the research and analysis of related colleges and based on the current situation of five-year higher vocational students’craftsmanship cultivation and deep understanding of the significance of craftsmanship cultivation in the era,three paths of cultivation are proposed of building“three camps”soil ecology,implanting“four views”ideological elements,and constructing a“multiple”cultivation system,which provides reference to cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents with the spirit of craftsmanship for the transport industry.
