摘要
帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一种以黑质中多巴胺能神经元退行性死亡为特征的神经退行性疾病,表现出一系列运动症状和非运动症状,对患者的生存质量产生严重影响。circRNA是一种共价闭环非编码RNA,在PD病程进展中发挥重要作用。本文就circRNA参与氧化应激、调节转录水平、神经炎症、自噬和α-synuclein方面进行综述。
PD is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by degenerative death of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra,exhibiting a range of motor and non⁃motor symptoms with serious effects on quality of life.circRNA is a covalently closed⁃loop non⁃coding RNA that plays a major role in PD progression.This article reviews the involvement of circRNA in oxidative stress,regulation of transcription,neuroinflammation,autophagy,andα⁃synuclein.
