基于开发实践的新城中央商务区城市设计探讨——以新乡市平原城乡一体化示范区中央商务区核心区城市设计为例

Urban Design of Central Business District in the New City Based on Development Practice:Taking Urban Design of the Core Area of Central Business District of Plain Urban-rural Integration Demonstration Zone of Xinxiang City as an Example

城市设计通过对使用功能和空间形态两大基本问题的组织、控制和引导,为中央商务区的建设勾勒出合理的发展构架。在对中央商务区基本理论和模式演变认知的基础上,对新乡市平原城乡一体化示范区中央商务区城市设计的控制要素体系进行了深入分析和研究,厘清城市设计在新城中央商务区功能定位和空间环境形体塑造中的运作逻辑、内在规律及相关启示。

Through the organization,control and guidance of the two basic issues of use function and spatial form,urban design outlines a reasonable development framework for the construction of the central business district.On the basis of the basic theory and mode evolution of the central business district,control element system of the urban design of the central business district of plain urban-rural integration demonstration zone of Xinxiang city is deeply analyzed and studied,to clarify the operation logic,internal laws and related enlightenments of urban design in the functional positioning and spatial environment shaping of the central business district in the new city.
