基于中外比较的我国高校体教融合发展困境和路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用文献资料、归纳分析等研究方法,通过比较中外高校体教融合模式对我国高校体教融合发展困境和路径问题进行研究。研究认为,在高校体教融合倡导方式和责任主体维度组成的高校体教融合模式比较框架之下,美国是体育经济产业驱动高校体教融合模式,欧洲高校体教融合模式有政府集中规制模式、政府辅助资助模式、体育联盟居中协调模式和自主协调模式,中国是政府规制多方协同的高校体教融合模式。当前我国高校体教融合模式存在强政府集中规制,弱社会促进环境;多职能部门行政管理,少利益相关者参与;高教育资源投入,低体育氛围建设;重学生准入资格,轻运动员个人成长等困境。我国高校体教融合应从发展中国体育事业和产业,引领中国高校体教融合的社会需求;完善青少年体育竞赛体系,提升中国高校体教融合的竞技水平;涵养高校体育文化,推动建设中国高校体教融合的友好环境;夯实高水平运动员全面成长理念,实现中国高校体教融合的人才培养等方面加以推进。 By the methods of literature and inductive analysis,this research discusses the problem of development dilemma and paths for integration of sports and education at Chinese university via comparison between university model of integration between sports and education at domestic and alien.Under the comparative framework on the model of integration between sports and education composed by dimension with advocacy means and responsible subject by university,the study holds that the model of integration between sports and education is driven by sports economy industry in United States,and that model in European has government-centralized regulation model,government-assisted model,center coordination of sports alliance model,and automatic coordination model,but the China is government regulation and multi-party cooperation model.The model of integration between sports and education in China has the following dilemmas at present:strong state-centered regulation with weak social promotion environment,multi-department administration with less stakeholder participation,high investment in educational resources with low sports atmosphere construction,and emphasis on student qualifications with ignorance on athletes’growth.The research puts forward several paths to promote the integration between sports and education such as development approaches to in universities in China as lead the social needs of by the sports development at domestic,enhancing the level of sports competition by improving the youth sports competition system,promoting the friendly environment of dual careers of athletes in universities by cultivating sports culture at university,and realizing the talent cultivation about the integration between sports and education by consolidating the concept of all-round growth of high-level athletes in China.
