无障碍设施建设是国家和社会文明进步的重要标志,随着无障碍环境建设的普及,无障碍设施对城市整体风貌和景观质量的影响也越来越明显。本研究梳理和总结了无障碍设施景观研究相关政策和文献,分析了无障碍设施景观建设的重要性和必要性,提出了既具备功能性又具备艺术性的无障碍设施是无障碍城市建设的重要内容,并通过无障碍设施景观需求性分析和要点分析,初步构建了无障碍设施景观建设指标体系。研究成果可以为全国无障碍城市建设工作提供基础性参考。

Accessible facilities are an important symbol of the progress of national and social civilization.With the popularization of accessibility construction,the impact of accessible facilities on the overall urban style and landscape quality is becoming increasingly important.This study reviewed and summarized relevant policies and literature on the study of accessible facility landscapes,analyzed the importance and necessity of accessible facility landscape construction,and proposed that accessible facilities with both functionality and artistry are important components of accessible city construction.This study also conducted a demand analysis and key points analysis of accessible facilities landscape,and finally constructed an indicator system for the construction of accessible facilities landscape.The research conclusions can provide fundamental references for the construction of accessible cities nationwide.
