单病种病案联合SP教学法在妇产科实践教学中的应用

Application of Single-disease Medical Records Combined with Standardized Patient Teaching Model in Practical Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology

摘要 目的评价单病种病案联合标准化病人(SP)教学法在妇产科实践教学中的应用效果,为妇产科临床实践教学提供新的教学思路。方法选取2021年3月1日-2022年12月31日在某三甲综合医院妇产科临床见习学生和住院医师规范化培训学员(住培学员)120名,随机分为单病种病案+SP教学组和传统教学组,应用2种教学法分别进行实践教学,课前课后进行测试,课后发放问卷调查评估教学效果。结果单病种病案+SP教学组课后总分(15.63±2.21)、病例分析得分(7.63±1.35)高于传统教学组,差异均有统计学意义;问卷调查显示单病种病案+SP教学在激发学习兴趣、活跃课堂氛围、培养临床思维、促进自主学习方面均优于传统教学组,住培学员基础知识得分课前(6.50±1.20)分、课后(8.85±0.83)分,临床能力得分课前(7.07±1.29)分、课后(8.73±0.85)分,均优于本科临床见习学生,差异均具有统计学意义。结论单病种病案联合SP教学法在激发学习兴趣、促进自主学习方面优于传统实践教学法,可巩固理论知识,培养临床思维能力,提升教学质量,需根据学生身份选择不同质量与数量的病案教学。 Objectives This study aims to evaluate the application effect of single-disease medical records combined with standardized patient(SP)teaching methods in the practical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 120 clinical trainee students and resident standardized training students(resident trainees)in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of a tertiary general hospital from March 1,2021 to December 31,2022 were selected.The students were randomly divided into a single disease medical record+SP teaching group and a traditional teaching group,and the two teaching methods were used for practical teaching respectively.Tests were conducted before and after class,and questionnaires were distributed after class to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The total post-class score(15.63±2.21)and case analysis score(7.63±1.35)of the single-disease medical records+SP teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant.The questionnaire survey showed that the single-disease medical record+SP teaching is better than the traditional teaching group in stimulating learning interest,activating the classroom atmosphere,cultivating clinical thinking,and promoting independent learning.The basic knowledge scores of residential training students(6.50±1.20 before class and 8.85±0.83 after class)and clinical ability scores(7.07±1.29 before class and 8.73±0.85 after class)were better than those of undergraduate clinical trainee students,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions Single-disease medical records combined with the SP teaching method are better than the traditional practice teaching method in stimulating learning interest and promoting independent learning.It can consolidate theoretical knowledge,cultivate clinical thinking ability,and improve teaching quality.Medical record teaching of different quality and quantity needs to be selected based on student status.
