In July 2023,Yantai ranked third in the mid-term assessment of China's low-carbon pilot cities and in December it Iwas selected as one of the first batch of national carbon peak pilot cities once again.In August,2o23 Green Low-carbon High-quality Development Conference was successfully held in Yantai by Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China,China Association for Science and Technology.
