基于物流服务师岗位的运输管理数字化课程改革探究

Research on the Digital Reform of Transportation Management Course Based on the Position of Logistics Service Provider

在交通运输与数字技术的不断融合、产业数字化转型加速、物流企业高质量发展形势下,经济社会对高质量物流服务的迫切需求不断提升。通过对运输管理课程当前问题进行分析,基于物流服务师岗位从“岗、课、赛、证”四个方面进行思考,探索运输管理数字化课程改革,以期提升数字化背景下物流人才的培养质量。

Under the continuous integration of transportation and digital technology,accelerated digital transformation of industry,and high-quality development of logistics enterprises,the urgent demand of the economy and society for high-quality logistics services is increasing.By analyzing the current problems of transportation management courses and considering the four aspects of"Post,Course,Competition,Certificate"based on the position of logistics service provider,this paper explores the digital reform of transportation management course in order to improve the quality of logistics talents training under the background of digitalization.
