摘要
干眼是眼科常见的慢性眼表疾病,其发病机制至今仍未完全明确,目前尚无有效的防治措施。近年来,随着基因芯片技术、转录组测序技术等分子生物学技术的蓬勃发展,干眼的转录组学研究也取得了一定的进展。本文就转录组学在干眼研究中的应用展开综述,探讨干眼的发病机制,以期为临床上干眼的治疗提供新思路,为干眼新药的研发提供潜在靶点。
Dry eye is a common chronic ocular surface disease in ophthalmology.Its pathogenesis is still not fully clarified,and there has been no effective prevention and treatment strategy.In recent years,with the booming development of molecular biology technologies such as gene chip technology and transcriptome sequencing technology,transcriptomic research on the dry eye has made some progress.In this article,we review the application of transcriptomics in dry eye research and explore the pathogenesis of dry eye with a view to providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of dry eye and potential targets for the development of new drugs for dry eye.
